If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 3 Days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging and also you have to take pictures of the product as soon as you see any fault in the product approx within the first hour of unboxing.
To initiate a return, got to your exact order page and select refund type your refund reason and attach some picyures of the issue in the attachment fields. Once a refund request is made the Seller will review the images and your issue if he accpets the refund the seller will approve the request and you will get your refund in 7 working days. If a request is denied and you have correct proof to prove the seller wrong then please contact our customer service team at support@lastylo.com or create a support ticket. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange based on our policy below.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Also, if you received a promotional discount or free gift with your purchase, the value of the discount or gift will be deducted from your refund.
